Coffee table ''FD-516'' by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard Nielsen 1956

Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard Nielsen coffee table FD 516 designed in 1956 and manufactured by France & Son in Denmark. High-end coffee table made of teak, with shelf brass rods and teak frame and woven cane inlay. The beautiful brass supporting rods make the shelf appear to float underneath the solid teak tabletop. The edges of the coffee table are slightly curved giving the table a very royal and luxurious appeal. Wonderful high-end Danish design that perfectly reflects the statement and quality for the designs of Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard Nielsen. Original tag of the manufacturer underneath. Slight traces of use on tabletop. woven cane in perfect condition.
